Myths in American History with Frank Grzyb

So, you think you know American history.  After all, you were taught this discipline from the time you were in elementary school all the way through high school and perhaps college. Well, so did Frank Grzyb until his reading, research, and just plain amateur sleuthing proved otherwise.  Join Frank at Portsmouth Free Public Library for an enlightening and entertaining evening while he reexamines several historic events about America’s illustrious past that are not exactly as they appear.  Seven-time author and amateur historian, Frank Grzyb welcomes all who wonder, as he and others have, how and why some of our most cherished beliefs veered a tad off course and came to be accepted without further challenge.
