Chef Alexandra Day will demonstrate how to prepare some delicious recipes using eggs such as omelettes, and ouefs en cocotte, and skillet eggs with wine specially chosen to complement the selections.

This program is open to the public over the age of 21. A materials fee of $10 will be collected the night of the program. Please stop by or call the library at 683-9457 to sign up.
