An exhibit during the month of August of images, artifacts and biographies of 60 women who have made a difference in their communities of Barrington, Bristol, Jamestown, Little Compton, Middletown, Newport, Portsmouth, Tiverton, and Warren. The exhibit is spaced throughout the library.
The Portsmouth Historical Society in partnership with Portsmouth Free Public Library will host a book club discussion of Killed Strangely: the Death of Rebecca Cornell by Elaine Forman Crane. The book discussion will be held at the library.
