Teens - Henna

Join us for a full 2 hour session with Kayan Kan!  More spots for more henna!  Registration is required as space is limited for this free program for those entering 6th grade and up in the fall.  Registration begins June 17th.  

Tween Glow in the Dark T-shirts

Sorry! This event is now full.  Tweens, this one is just for you!  Design your own t-shirt using our glow in the dark vinyl.   Bring a washed t-shirt.  Registration is required as space is limited for this free program for those entering 4th grade to 7th grade in the fall.  Registration begins June 17th.   

Teens - Rockets

Teens will make rockets and then launch them outside.  This program will be held weather permitting.  Meet in the program room to create your rockets.  Registration is required as space is limited for this free program for those entering 6th grade and up in the fall.  Registration begins June 17th.

Teen Space Games

Teens - Join us to play old school computer space games or board games.  Registration is required as space is limited for this free program for those entering 6th grade and up in the fall.  Registration begins June 17th.   

Teen Coding

Teens - Join us as we do another 6 week session of scratch programming.  This year's theme will be Game Design and it has challenges for those with more experience with scratch as well as the introductory information for new coders.  Registration is required for the whole 6 week series as space is limited for this free progam for those entering 6th grade and up in the fall.  Registration begins June 17th.

Teen Craft for a Cause

For teens in grades 6-12: an opportunity to earn up to 2 hours community service hours, or just come complete the craft to help out for a good cause! On the second Saturday of April and May we will have a chance for teens to help spread a little good in the world - from items to donate to local charities to making cards to brighten a sick child's day. No registration required.

Fly Tying Workshop with Scott Travers

Scott Travers from the Rhode Island Department of Environmental Management, Division of Fish and Wildlife, is hosting a FREE fly tying and fly fishing event.  Participants will learn to make their own fresh water flies over a couple of sessions then have the opportunity to fish using the flies they created at a private fly fishing event in Rhode Island. This course is geared towards novices and experienced fly tiers alike.
