Portsmouth Garden Wreath Making

Portsmouth Garden Club wreath making. The annual wreathmaking session is held to create wreath and swags for the town of Portsmouth buildings. The library, police station, fire station, town hall, public works historical society, town dump, water department and others receive the completed wreaths. 

This event is not open to the public.
